Q: How much do you charge per slice?

A: We start our basic buttercream cakes at $5 a slice and our basic fondant cakes at $7 a slice.

Our “basic” tiered cake price will include:

*Ribbon: we have a large selection of ribbon in house. If we have your color, you may have it for use on your cake at NO additional fee. If not, you will have to bring in the ribbon you would like.

*Standard APOC Bakery designs (e.g. basic scroll, Palmdale scroll, triple dot, Swiss dot, etc.)

*Flowers: placement of flowers provided by bride or florist (if desired)

Q: Do you offer single tier/sheet cakes/cupcakes?

A: Yes, we do! We make cakes that will serve as few as 10 or as many as 100 people in one single cake. From birthdays to anniversaries to corporate event cakes, we can make a cake for any occasion.

Q: How far in advance should I order my cake?

A: Please refer to our ordering page.

Q: Can you deliver my cake and how much will it cost?

A: We can definitely deliver your cake. Cake delivery fee is based upon distance from our location to yours.

Q: Can you duplicate a cake I’ve seen in a magazine or website?

A: Because individual decorating styles are unique, we may not be able to duplicate a cake exactly, however, we can come very close. If you’ve seen pictures that you like, bring them with you to the consultation so that we can price them out for you.
Please bring pictures that are clear, not pixilated. Also, we cannot provide quotes of custom designs over the phone.

Q: Do I need an appointment to taste cake?

A: Yes! Cake tastings are by appointment ONLY. Please contact us to set up your cake consultation. We are available for tastings Tuesdays through Saturdays on the hour starting at 10am and the last appointment is at 4pm. We ask you to be on time for your appointment as a courtesy to the next customers.

Q: Whom can I bring to my consultation?

A: You may bring anyone you choose to your cake tasting appointment. However, we ask you to limit your party to no more than 4 people. If you have a special circumstance, please call us in advance and let us know. We will try to accommodate you.

Q: Do you offer a discount for military personnel?

A: Yes! We are proud to offer a discount to all our military men and women. Just let your consultant know that you are active military, or retired. We will require proof of your eligibility.
